Do I need a membership to host on Trovarel?

Yes. An active hosting membership is required to publish and maintain listings on Trovarel. Memberships give you access to out hosting tools, visibility on the platform, and the ability to accept bookings. Guests do not need a membership to browse or book.

What happens to my listings if I cancel/my subscription expires?

If your hosting membership is cancelled or expires, your listings will be deactivated and no longer bookable. You can reactivate your membership at any time to restore your listings.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your listings will be deactivate unless you renew.

Why is hosting not free?

Charging for hosting helps maintain a curated marketplace, discourages low-quality or duplicate listings, and allows us to invest in platform quality. This includes promoting experiences to more guests, providing tools that make hosting easier, and ensuring every experience meets a high standard.
